Lehiva Privacy Policy

1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lehiva handles information when you use the app to prepare image output files, create saved image packs, share exported files, or manage local image-related work. The app is intended for general users and is not directed to children.
This policy applies to information processed through the app and related platform services. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that are not controlled by us.
2. Information You Choose to Provide
Lehiva may process images, file names, file metadata, output settings, destination profiles, format choices, size presets, quality settings, and saved output pack details that you choose to import, create, save, or export in the app.
You remain responsible for the images and files you select. Please do not import or share files that you do not have the right to use.
3. Local Processing and Storage
The app is designed around local image preparation. Image conversions, output estimates, saved packs, history records, and exported files may be processed or stored on your device so the app can reopen previous packs and complete your requested workflow.
Files that you save, export, or share may remain available in locations you choose on your device or through iOS sharing destinations. You can remove local files or app data using iOS controls and available in-app actions.
4. Photos, Files, and Device Permissions
When you choose to import an image from Photos or Files, iOS may ask for permission or present a system picker. The app uses these permissions only to access the files you select and to complete the actions you request.
You can manage Photos, Files, and related permissions in iOS Settings. If you limit access, some import, save, or export features may not work as expected.
5. Purchases and Platform Services
Lehiva may offer consumable in-app purchases, such as coin packages, through the App Store. Apple processes App Store payments and may provide transaction status, product identifiers, purchase history, and related platform information needed to deliver purchased items and support restore or purchase-related requests.
Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
6. Technical and Diagnostic Information
The app or platform services may process limited technical information such as device type, iOS version, app version, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and basic usage events. This information helps operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.
We do not use this policy to claim that the app collects sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for the app's image preparation, purchase, support, and diagnostic purposes.
7. How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide the app's core functions, including importing selected images, preparing output formats, estimating file results, saving output packs, reopening history, exporting files, delivering purchased coins, preventing misuse, responding to support requests, and maintaining app reliability.
We may also use aggregated or non-identifying information to understand app performance and improve the user experience.
8. Sharing and Service Providers
The app may share files only when you choose an export, save, or iOS share action. Those actions may send files to destinations you select, such as local storage, another app, or a platform-provided sharing service.
We may rely on Apple and other service providers for App Store purchases, crash reporting, diagnostics, hosting, support, or app operations. These providers are expected to process information only as needed to provide their services.
9. Retention and Security
Local app records and saved output packs may remain on your device until you delete them, remove the app, or use available system controls. Purchase records may be retained as required by Apple, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and platform compliance needs.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the nature of the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can choose which images to import, whether to save output packs, where to export files, and whether to make in-app purchases. You can also manage app permissions through iOS Settings.

11. Children's Privacy
Lehiva is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by law in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date or provide another appropriate notice inside the app or through the relevant platform channel.
